Atorva, 5 mg, which was scheduled for bedtime. After realizing the mistake, she immediately informed the doctor. The issue was corrected by withholding the night dose of Atorva.

Story: Incorrect Patient Information

During an emergency coronary angiogram, Nurse Ms. V received a serology report indicating the patient was HBsAg positive. Later, another nurse admitted she had not done it during her shift. The consultant questioned Ms. K, and the patient confirmed that only she had consistently provided the treatment.
